Guidelines for Custom Heat Moldable Insoles

Heating triggers the unique arch technology in our Gamechangers Elite, allowing the insoles to expand and mould to your foot.

1. Trim the toe area to fit your shoes, ensuring they slide in smoothly.
2. Place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. DO NOT use a microwave.
3. Once the arch has softened completely, they are ready. Step on them with socks for 1-2 minutes. (Sit down for increased arch support). Then insert them into your shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles right out of the oven, as this may damage the foam.

FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite typically require a 1-3 day transition period. Allow your feet time to adjust to the arch support.
