||Ordering process is definitely very easy. However, all the rest is unexpectedly bad. I placed the order 2 weeks ago and still didn't receive it. One week after placing the order, the tracking stated that the delivery at home was not possible due to my absence, the reason why the skates were delivered to the post Office. No address of the Post Office was mentioned, no message at my Post Box was left. After contacting the forwarder (GLS) and at least 10 different people from Skatepro team, no one could give a clear answer to which address the skates were delivered to and how I can get them. The customer Service showed a very bad attitude: agressif, arrogant and not helpful at all. I have never experienced such a bad service until today. It leaves some doubts regarding the site and the forwarder. As for the skates quality - I do hope they are worth waiting for.

We are very sorry that you experienced delays in the delivery of your order.
It is important that if you encounter issues with the shipping process, you have to contact our customer service, who will be in charge to get in touch with the carrier. We have direct contacts with them and delivery delays are most of the time solved very quickly this way. So you don't have to deal yourself with them :)
On behalf of the courrier, we are again very sorry.
Regarding the Skatepro team, you have been in contact with 3 collegues, not 10. Cause you called the swiss german number, and the swiss french number. I was the one you have been in touch with, and I have provided you a delivery address of where GLS has dropped the parcel, and kept you posted about the informations I had.
Furthermore, I tried to call you today Tuesday 26 November, to have a feedback from you and check if you had managed to get your parcel.
Please don't hesitate to call back if it is still problematic for you, and we will find an appropriate solution :)
