These skates are a great buy because they are comfortable and very convenient to have kids skates that adjust in size to last for years. I've read previous reviews that were critical of shipping cost and time but when I ordered mine to Canada the shipping rate was very reasonable and the skates arrived in appx 2 weeks. | |

These skates are ok they are for the causal skater as they fit many sizes. Nice concept. Very comfortable so far so good. They are are a little pricey and the shipping costs are ridiculous. The skate and concept of 3 sizes is great but price and shipping it is only a three star for me. | |

The first pair of skates didn’t fit my granddaughter and we had paid to have them sharpened. I asked if we could have the new pair of skates sharpened for free as we had already paid to have the first pair sharpened. The new pair were not sharpened however, after a short delay we were refunded for the cost of sharpening the skates. Good service to me is, if you do have a problem, it is the way the problem is dealt with. On this occasion everything was dealt with satisfactory. My granddaughter loves her skates. The web site was easy to use and delivery was within the dates supplied. All in all I would use this site again and would recommend it to friends. | |

Skates look really good for the money. Before purchasing goods I spoke to an advisor on line for advice on sizes and suitability. Was happy with the advice and purchased adjustable skates for my granddaughter who is a complete beginner. | |
