Shipping costs depend on the weight/size of the product and the order value. The total shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
The shipping cost for each individual product can be found on the product page.
Delivery time
Expected delivery time for products in stock:
- FedEx: 3-5 business days
- UPS: 4-6 business days
An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout when you select your delivery method, and it will also be included in your order confirmation.
If we are unable to ship your order from our warehouse within the expected timeframe, you will receive an email notification.
Track and trace
We'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package once it has shipped.

Please be sure to examine the item, when you receive it. Should there be any damages or was the parcel not delivered as expected, please contact SkatePro as soon as possible. You can file your issue with our AI agent Ollie.

Customs and Tax
VAT, shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout. You will not be charged any import duties upon receiving the order.
VAT Refund
If you are a citizen of a non-EU country and received an order with VAT (delivery to a country within the EU), then you can get a refund of the VAT that you paid. In order to do that, you have to send us the original invoice with a stamp from the customs of the country in the EU, you are leaving, when traveling back to your homeland. This document needs to be sent to SkatePro latest 2½ months after the goods have been exported outside of the EU.
We charge an administration fee of $20 per invoice, which will be subtracted from the refunded VAT.
