The team at Paris Truck Co. has been diligently working to develop the Savant truck for longboards. This innovation presents a fresh take on essential truck components.

A significant update is the adoption of a fully forged hanger, moving away from the conventional cast hangers. This change results in a truck that is not only much stronger but also offers very precise control and tolerances. With a pivot point that is considerably smaller and inspired by competitive racers, Paris was able to use a thicker pivot cup bushing. This design choice enhances vibration dampening and enables a smoother ride.

Another notable improvement is the patented captive axle lock system. This feature guarantees impeccably straight trucks, maintaining their alignment far longer than other systems. Enhancements to the kingpin construction have been made to substantially reduce "slopping" during slides and to provide a considerably more stable ride at high speeds.
