Lambda 3.1 Pro Scooter Deck

The goal in developing the Lambda 3.1 deck was increased strength and reduced weight. Many conventional necks intersect the centre of the pro scooter deck, resulting in a weak spot. AO employs U-shaped welding technology that minimally affects the deck and considerably enhances the welding area. The headtube is forged from a single block of aluminium, subjected to 5 tons of pressure; the same applies to the neck! Support beams are 30% stronger.

Additional enhancements include a machined headset opening post-anodizing for a precise fit, and the neck has been repositioned forward to optimize deck space. The angled design begins right at the beam to prevent bending of the edges.
