MPC Mtech wheels are crafted through a multi-step pouring/moulding process, allowing for the formation of multiple urethane layers—each possessing unique properties.

While rubber wheels effectively minimize shock, they are prone to abrasion and wear. Urethane and hard plastic wheels are durable but result in a rough ride. The dual-material composition of MPC Mtech wheels offers both shock absorption and endurance.

MPC's patented Mtech (multi-layer technology) wheels feature a soft, highly resilient inner layer akin to a super ball, functioning like a pneumatic tyre, encased within an incredibly durable outer layer. The inner section cushions the hard exterior surface, deforming and spreading on the edges during turns to increase contact area, then reverting for reduced rolling resistance when upright.
