Onyx Element Shorty 2mm Chestzip 2018 Wetsuit

The Onyx Element comes equipped with a chest zip that improves both comfort and warmth over back zip options. This design prevents the risk of neck-area flush-throughs.

Features:

• Aqua-A

Aqua-A is a solvent-free, water-based adhesive applied in all Ion wetsuits.

• Seam reinforcements

For strengthening stress points inside the wetsuit, Ion has added Melco tape to enhance durability. Ion advises: “If you unintentionally left the suit in the trunk of your car on a hot day, and it starts to peel off, don't worry! Simply use an iron gently over the affected spot as the adhesive is activated by heat.”

• Contour Cut

Wetsuits that follow body contours for improved flexibility and comfort. All Ion wetsuits are equipped with contour cut.

• Drain Holes

To prevent water build-up where fabrics overlap, drain holes have been incorporated. These holes do not expand.

• Supra Tex

Fabrics utilized in more exposed sections of the wetsuit, such as the knee areas. The Supra Tex fabric is more resistant to abrasion.
