• Aqua-A

Aqua-A refers to a water-based glue devoid of solvents, utilized in all Ion wetsuits.

• Seam Reinforcements

To enhance the strength at stress points within the wetsuit, Ion incorporates Melco tape, boosting durability. Ion advises: “If you accidentally leave the suit in the trunk of your car on a hot day, they might start peeling. Stay calm! Use an iron gently over the affected area, as the glue is heat-activated.”

• Contour Cut
