The Lambda 2.1 pro scooter deck is engineered for durability. Unlike many conventional necks that slice through the centre of the deck and create a weakness, AO has adopted U-shaped welding technology. This method barely affects the deck and greatly enlarges the welding area. The headtube is crafted from a single piece of solid aluminum under five tons of pressure, and the same applies to the neck! The support beams are 30% stronger.

Further enhancements include a machined headset opening following anodizing for an exact fit. The neck has been shifted completely forward for maximum deck space, and the angled design begins right at the beam to prevent edge bending.
