Designed with comfort and durability as priorities, the Recreational 3 pack protection gear by REKD is a great choice.
High-impact, heavy-duty plastic is used to construct the caps. For optimal protection, the wrist guards feature a dual-splint design. Beneath the caps lie pads crafted from impact-absorbing foam.
Each piece includes dual elastic Velcro straps, an elastic sock with a moisture vent, and a lining for added comfort.
Amalie W.OSLO, NorwayVerified Buyer3 of 5The wrist guards fit, but the rest of the gear is way too small; on the other hand, if you buy one size larger, the wrist guards will be too big. Despite what the size chart says... It's really impossible to buy these kinds of bundle packs. It's a bummer to have to pay for returns, though...Markus BüschlGunzwil, SwitzerlandVerified Buyer5 of 5good price-performance ratio and extremely fast shipping thank youMartin BanksWigan, United KingdomVerified Buyer5 of 5Great quality pads. Fitted perfectly and are comfortable to wear. The hard outer shell really will prevent your bones getting bashed.
Best pad set you can get in my experience.T.J.A. G.Heiloo, NetherlandsVerified Buyer2 of 5It is a set of which only 1 item (the wrist guards) fits and it is not practical that you would have to buy multiple sets to have a fitting set for 1 person. Knee and elbowpads are much too small.Reply from SkateProDear, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, this is very personal. For most customers there is and appropriate set fortunately, but this is unfortunately not for everyone :( I understand the frustration though. Apologies for the inconvenience. /TeamSkateProMiss B.Polegate, United KingdomVerified Buyer2 of 5The sizing is all over the place! Based on the measurements I took, I needed this set in the Large size. The knee pads are VERY snug (and I have slim legs!) and the seams are sharp and chafe against the skin if the pads are worn with shorts. The wrist guard is the only thing in the set that fits almost correctly, and even then the velcro strap overlaps the fastening and will need trimming. The elbow pads (which were the main reason for me buying the set, ironically) are, despite the measurements on the size chart matching the measurements I took, absolutely enormous and slide all over the place, even with the velcro straps at their tightest setting. Do companies do this on purpose so that they can make money from customers having to buy separate sizes at grossly inflated prices? Will not be recommending this set, sadly.Reply from SkateProHey, thank you for your feedback!
We're sorry to hear the size does not fit! It can sometimes be very difficult to find the right size because everyone is different and has different proportions.
We appreciate the information and are sure it will be helpful to other customers. We will continue to look into the product!
