Coreflex Technology involves an advanced technique of combining diverse layers of varying materials. The centre begins with a layer of vertically laminated bamboo, which is then enveloped in layers of tri-axial fibreglass on both sides. This is finished on the top and bottom of the deck with abrasion-resistant, high-density plastic material. To further advance deck technology, they have included urethane blast tips, which significantly enhance the board's lifespan. It is also noteworthy that they use a specific epoxy formula to ensure all layers remain intact.
