Linda S.Collon Co Louth, IrelandVerified Buyer1 of 5I emailed and asked for a specific board as it was on a Christmas list, I was told it would arrive in a kinder egg as a surprise so can't pick which one, which I accepted. Surprised is right, arrived in damaged box and no kinder egg!!Reply from SkateProThank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that the board arrived in a damaged box. Our team has already reached out to you regarding the damaged packaging. As we clearly informed you before your order was shipped, the “Kinder Egg” style refers to the random selection of the model, not the actual packaging in an egg. We appreciate your understanding and patience. / SkatePro TeamKarin R.Tscherlach, SwitzerlandVerified Buyer5 of 5Super satisfied, would gladly come back againK. KikiVillingen-Schwenningen, GermanyVerified Buyer1 of 5The Performance Tech deck was actually supposed to become my main board, but it only made it onto the shelf to dry and be admired. Since this is a wood-veneer board, it’s no longer worth the effort to build it up after this moisture treatment. It’s a shame, because this Element version from last year would have been a nice example of this series if its storage hadn’t gotten in the way.Reply from SkateProThank you very much for your review—we’re very sorry to hear that :( We’ve already contacted you via email to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and offer you a solution // Your SkatePro TeamAlessio DesiderioMonteriggioni, ItalyVerified Buyer5 of 5It's a sick setup—bummer I can't lock in the pro model.Simon NinicLandsberg Am Lech, GermanyVerified Buyer4 of 5🛹👍Tomáš ČernýHarrachov, Czech RepublicVerified Buyer5 of 5Good product, good price, short delivery time.Joven BitaraŞelimbăr, RomaniaVerified Buyer1 of 5I paid for nothing because I did not receive the product that is on the websiteReply from SkateProThank you for your review. As my colleague and I have mentioned to you in the countless chats you have opened over the course of 5 days, your order is on its way and is estimated to arrive on 10.12 or 11.12. Due to the delay created we have refunded your shipping payment as well. We hope next time you will have a better experience and a little more patience.// SkatePro TeamTomasz FarynaUherce Mineralne, PolandVerified Buyer5 of 5Superjohan StrömbergMotala, SwedenVerified Buyer5 of 5One of the best Tech Deck boards I have bought for beginners, If you want more advanced, I recommend BlackRiverDragos SihleanuBrăila, RomaniaVerified Buyer5 of 5The model I received is not in the pictures, everything else ok
