	The product itself was good. My son however does feel there is something wrong with a wheel and we will have that looked at but ordering from Skatepro was very disheartening! I received a call from FedEx stating I had to pay an additional $39.99 Canadian to have the Scooter go through customs at the Canadian/USA border. This website is a .ca website and at no time did it indicate it was an USA company based out of Denmark and that additional payments were needed to get through customs. When I spoke with the FedEx representative he said he had received many calls regarding this company with the same questions. If you are from Canada and think you are ordering from a Canada company SKATEPRO is not and you will be charged additional cost.

	This was purchased for my 9 year old grandson. It arrived on time & is good quality but the lock nuts weren't tightened properly & when my grandson rode on it for the 1st time the steering veered & discharged a couple of the ball bearings. I feel this could be a safety concern. My son has emailed to get some assembly direction to repair this as it's now unrideable.

We receive these scooters from our manufacturer and it happens sometimes that in the factory, it hasn't been completely tightened up. It's always recommendable before any skate ride, to check all the bolts and nuts to make sure that all of them are ok. If you have any questions about it, we would be glad to answer them!✌ /Justin

	Very impressed, the quality of the frame was more than I was expecting. You are getting your money’s worth! Wheels are larger than your standard “Walmart” purchase.
