The product itself was good. My son however does feel there is something wrong with a wheel and we will have that looked at but ordering from Skatepro was very disheartening! I received a call from FedEx stating I had to pay an additional $39.99 Canadian to have the Scooter go through customs at the Canadian/USA border. This website is a .ca website and at no time did it indicate it was an USA company based out of Denmark and that additional payments were needed to get through customs. When I spoke with the FedEx representative he said he had received many calls regarding this company with the same questions. If you are from Canada and think you are ordering from a Canada company SKATEPRO is not and you will be charged additional cost. | |

This was purchased for my 9 year old grandson. It arrived on time & is good quality but the lock nuts weren't tightened properly & when my grandson rode on it for the 1st time the steering veered & discharged a couple of the ball bearings. I feel this could be a safety concern. My son has emailed to get some assembly direction to repair this as it's now unrideable. | |

We receive these scooters from our manufacturer and it happens sometimes that in the factory, it hasn't been completely tightened up.
