Installing SCS:

1. Drive the starnut into the fork from the top.
2. Attach the SCS clamp onto your fork.
3. Use the provided Proto "top" cap to tighten the compression bolt.
4. Insert your bar into the SCS clamp and firmly secure all bolts.
