X Tony Hawk Limited Edition Plastic Skateboard

The "Penny For A Purpose" organization and the Tony Hawk Foundation have teamed up to create this exclusive range of Penny Cruiser boards. Both organizations are committed to promoting skateboarding for everyone.

Penny For a Purpose explains: "Our aim is to join forces with global non-profits and iconic artists to raise awareness in communities they influence, support their initiatives, and inspire hope through skateboarding among young people worldwide."

Tony Hawk Foundation expresses: "We strive to help establish public skateparks in low-income regions, and – more importantly – to supply resources to groups and communities that champion the cause of skateparks in their locality."

The design of these Penny cruisers includes the Full Skull graphic by the famous Tony Hawk brand, Birdhouse, alongside birdhouse/penny graphics on the griptape.

These plastic cruiser skateboards first appeared in the mid-70s, at a time when plastic-injection molded skateboards were some of the best and most stylish available! With Penny boards, easy sharp turns on a small platform are possible, making them ideal for manoeuvring through downtown areas.
