The delivery was also very smooth.Madeleine ReevesKennington, Oxford, United KingdomVerified Buyer2 of 5Three of us tried for an hour to adjust the size and eventually gave up.Reply from SkateProHi! To adjust the skates, you first of all have to loosen the velcro. This allows the toebox to move forward while pressing the "push" button on the side of the skates. We will contact you on email to make sure that it works :)
