Croiset LaëtitiaChanteheux, FranceVerified Buyer2 of 5Order number 1 front wheel in place of a rear wheel (free and easy return 👍)
Customer service listening 2 calls 2 pleasant people with the concern to solve the problem waiting to reorder the same order. My 3rd call before ordering (to confirm that the storage problem at the warehouse had been solved) disaster I fell on a person who did not seem to understand anything and who gave me the green light to recommend. Finally the 2nd order again the same problem. That's a shame.Kai R.Friedrichsdorf, GermanyVerified Buyer5 of 5After consultation, everything worked out perfectly and the rear wheel could be installed without any problems.
