Ella KilmartinDublin, IrelandVerified Buyer1 of 5Based on the size suggestions, I ordered a size bigger than I would have. They arrived and are far too big and unusable. I got in touch and was told there is no straight exchanges and that I will have to return the pair for an extra 6 euro on top of the 13 euro I will have to pay to order a new pair in the correct size. The feedback I got from customer service was not great and I am not happy about having to spend 32 overall on shipping.Reply from SkateProThank you for taking the time to leave this review, Ella, and we are sorry to hear that the sizing guidance led you to order a size that does not fit. Finding the perfect fit online can be tough, our size guides come directly from manufacturers and are backed by customer feedback, but every foot is shaped differently. You are always welcome to return unused items. //Your SkatePro TeamMiss Monique HutchinsonLewisham, United KingdomVerified Buyer5 of 5My daughter loves themEleonora G.Roma, ItalyVerified Buyer5 of 5Sleek, dialed, a top-tier setupFebbo StellaPalestrina, ItalyVerified Buyer4 of 5Very beautiful, I love themA. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The roller skates do not develop a dizzying speed, but it just suits me and makes me feel confident and safe while riding. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
