Stefanie Schmuckle Deitingen, Switzerland Verified Buyer 1 of 5 Poor workmanship, sharp remnants of welding wire on the seams and brakes welded on crookedly. Unfortunately, there is already rust on many parts (even large areas on the handlebars). Scratches in the paint . Would not recommend it to others. Reply from SkatePro Hey, thanks for the review! We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the scooter! Unfortunately we can't find an email contact regarding the problem. Please reply to this email with a few pictures and we'll take a closer look. Thank you very much! / Your SkatePro Team Brad Thompson Sheffield, United Kingdom Verified Buyer 1 of 5 Absolute rubbish design. The handle bar and the main headset are not one, so have to be bolted together. When bolted, the handle bar slides down towards your knees when you rest your hands on it, despite tightening it as much as possible! The bolts that join the handle bar to the headset are at least 1cm too short as you can’t even thread on the little washers for extra tightness. Also, I am 90kg. The scooter is supposed to support up to 100kg. When I’m on it with the tyres fully pumped up, they are squashy and so the scooter is slow. No confidence in this scooter at all. All round poor. Don’t Reply from SkatePro Hey, Thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your product. Unfortunately, I cannot find any email contact regarding these issues. Would you mind emailing us pictures of the scooter and the different problems! Then I will make sure to have our claims department have a look at it. :) Generally, don't hesitate contacting us when you are having a bad experience with our item! :) H. Sylvain Cormondrèche, Switzerland Verified Buyer 3 of 5 Rather pretty! But the maximum height of the handlebars is really limited for an adult. I'm 1.75 cm tall... The delivery time is correct... Reply from SkatePro Hello, thank you for your comment. I'm delighted that you like this model! As indicated on our website, the total height of the handlebars is between 81 and 91.5 cm. Have a nice day. Petri M. Koski Tl, Finland Verified Buyer 4 of 5 Good scooter and nice to cruise even on dirt roads. The manual is really bad and assembly was a bit tricky. Brake adjustment required several "attempts" and fine tuning to not slacken or not brake enough. But after the effort, the device has been in daily use. Reply from SkatePro Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear that the instructions did not meet your expectations. Still glad to hear that the assembly was successful in the end! In the future, you can always contact us if there are any ambiguities in the instructions! 🛴 /Julia Andreas L. Krefeld, Germany Verified Buyer 1 of 5 This product is simply garbage. It rusts in all of the uncleanly processed areas - especially where the paint has not been applied. *on screws on the footboard, brake guide lines* ; the kickstand is so thinly dimensioned that it bends after being used several times. A screw from the stand bracket is "gone" - so that it can no longer be used. The worst thing is the support - the scooter is supposed to bring joy for a long time and there is a back and forth without customer satisfaction. Here, in particular, caution is required again (if you need it) - Denmark is apparently not subject to the European Online Dispute Resolution - which means that the support also has a very long breath. Summary: - poor workmanship - Poor paintwork - no warranty - poor support + scooter actually looks good. Reply from SkatePro Hello, Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry that we were unable to help in this case. The rust marks are probably the result of incorrect use and care. The warranty is therefore unfortunately void. As we also help other customers on the side, a response can sometimes take a little longer. Nevertheless, the case was completed within 14 days and we usually responded the very next day. The case was also closed a few days earlier, but you still had questions about it, which we of course answered. :) But then it's no longer a priority case, as many other customers also want it to be processed quickly. Your SkatePro Team/Alex Pascal Rosé Grand-Lancy, Switzerland Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Very fast delivery and material as ordered. The only drawback is that the assembly instruction manual is far too small, requiring a magnifying glass. Last step not yet completed: release the brakes to spread the brakepads so that the wheels can pass through and be fixed, then retighten the brakes. Would you have a tutorial of some kind for me, please? Nele Mertgen Geretsried, Germany Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Fully meets my expectations. I bought the scooter to accompany my grandson on his children's bike (no longer wanted to jog behind him). The scooter is quickly loaded into the car and, unlike the mountain bike, hardly takes up any space and off it goes on the grandchildren's tour. Assembly was not as quick and easy as on the nice video on the homepage, especially the short screws on the handlebars were a bit nerve-wracking. Great color, have the orange-black scooter, tires also of good quality. Brakes well and I really enjoy riding it. I would buy it again. Melanie Schmid Gränichen, Switzerland Verified Buyer 1 of 5 Unfortunately I am not at all satisfied with the scooter... First it wasn't shipped for weeks, I was in contact with customer service... Ok so far so good... Then it finally arrived, I happily opened the packaging and found what felt like 500 individual parts!!! The wheels, the brakes all individually and had to be adjusted myself... Since I have no idea about it, the scooter could NOT be used... Now I wanted to take care of the problem because nobody else could help me from my environment... Missing a screw on the left brake lever and a brakepad on the rear wheel... I'm really disappointed and therefore unfortunately can't give a good rating... Reply from SkatePro Hey, Thanks for your review. As mentioned in the product description, unfortunately the scooter does not come fully assembled. Due to its size, we are unable to assemble it before shipping. We are happy to offer assembly assistance by email with helpful videos and tips and tricks on how to assemble the scooter. If all else fails, the local bike workshop can usually help. Feel free to send us an e-mail, including the missing parts, so that we can help you and get the scooter up and running!🛴//Sarah Liesbeth R. Puurs-Sint-Amands, Belgium Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Top product! Emmanuelle Narval Créhange, France Verified Buyer 4 of 5 Simple assembly, but the brakes are a little tricky to adjust. Luckily I got a video from skatepro to help with the adjustment. Otherwise, my son is very happy with it for forest walks on small paths.
