How to Measure
Follow the instructions below and compare your measurements with the size chart
Hand Circumference Measurement
Measure the widest hand circumference around 4 knuckles, excluding the thumb.
Circumference of the Wrist
Measure the circumference around the wrist.
Determine the Circumference Above and Below the Elbow
Use your dominant arm to measure the circumference at the widest points above and below the elbow, and measure the biceps and forearm.
Circumference of the Knee: Upper and Lower Sections
Measure the knee circumference 3–5 cm (1³/₁₆–2 inches) above and 10 cm (4 inches) below the knee while keeping your leg stretched.
Tip! Use a soft measuring tape, to ensure that the product fits properly. Alternatively, use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler
