The company was founded back in 1936 by the Magnusson family in a little village in Sweden called Hestra. At the time there was a local ski slope that was growing in popularity so Martin Magnusson saw the opportunity to sell his gloves and the company grew from there.

Throughout the years, Hestra has gained a reputation for the high standard of design and quality that every pair of Hestra gloves have. They are now renowned worldwide and have established themselves as a leader in the glove manufacturing industry.
