Lakai Shoes

Lakai Shoes is a dedicated skateboard shoe brand that was founded by professional skateboarders, Mike Caroll and Rick Howard. In 1999, both Mike and Rick saw the problem with poorly made skateboard shoes and decided to act on it. Their mission was to provide the best skateboarders with the best skate shoes and that is how Lakai Limited Footwear was born.

Lakai skate shoes are designed with style and performance at the forefront. All pairs are fitted with solid, flexible soles and a shock-absorbing midsole. Over the years, Lakai footwear has been put to the test by a long list of pro riders such as Tony Hawk, Vincent Alvarez and Stevie Perez to name a few. These pros are all part of the Crailtap family which includes the famous companies Girl Skateboards and Chocolate Skateboards.

Since its inception, Lakai has been highly regarded within the skateboarding community and thanks to continued motivation and development, Mike and Rick have something to be very proud of.
