All content was visible without the need of opening the package and some parts of the frame had scratches. As if it had been dropped from an airplane without a parachute. Regarding the content, it should be noted that, contrary to how it appears in the photo, the wheels are gray and not white. One of the things that precisely catches the attention of this scooter are the white wheels (for the black model). Despite calling before ordering to confirm if the wheels were indeed going to be white (not the only comment on that) and being told yes, they really are grey. This information should be changed in the product description, as it is not true to reality. But cheap to upgrade, the big dissapointment for me is that the scooter is different from the picture.. On the other hand the rims came badly adjusted and were a little crooked, adjusting the spokes I could straighten them and now they work properly, but for a person with little knowledge of mechanics this would be an ordeal.
