Description

This single density mouthguard is also suitable for use by individuals who grind their teeth during sleep to help prevent damage.

Available in adult size for ages 10 and above.
Youth size is intended for ages 10 and below.

When customizing the mouthguard, remember that boiling water poses potential hazards!

Heat water to boiling, then let it cool for 30 seconds before placing the adult mouthguard in the water for 70 seconds. (For the youth size, 30 seconds is sufficient)

Remove the mouthguard from the water using a spoon, shake off excess water, and promptly centre the mouthguard on the upper teeth. (The mouthguard should feel warm)

Bite down gently with the upper teeth centred, and use your tongue to suck or squeeze out any air and excess water. You may also use your fingers to press the protector into place from the outside.

Keep the mouthguard in for 30 seconds, then remove it and run it under cold water.

If the fit isn't quite right, repeat the steps until the desired fit is achieved.

If the mouthguard is slightly too large, you can trim the ends with a knife.
